Member Service Representative

The Loan Officer/Member Service rep will be responsible for opening new accounts and have a heavy emphasis on generating loans. They will also handle service issues, retaining members, and maintaining and closing accounts. They will need to be able to recognize and act on additional relationship opportunities and refer other business to appropriate employees.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Minimum of two years credit union/banking experience
  • Two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • History of exceeding sales and customer service expectations
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Associate’s Degree in business related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred.
