• $3.50 issuance fee (waived during November and December for the holidays)
• Accepted anywhere Visa debit cards are welcome
• Non-reloadable and no cash access
• Funds do not expire
• Lost or stolen cards can be replaced (replacement fee: $8.00)
• Inactivity fee of $4.95 per month after 12 months of no activity
