Through this difficult health crisis, we are confident in our ability to continue business and to provide the seamless and secure service you expect.  It is important that we do our part as an organization to help prevent the spread of the virus.

We are taking the precautionary step to temporarily suspend face-to-face lobby services in our branches effective Wednesday March 18, 2020.  Our drive up lanes will be open our regular business hours.  We continue to assess this situation weekly and will communicate operational changes via email and social media.

Members needing to come to the offices for loan closings, opening new accounts, etc. can do so by appointment.  Please call 563-388-8328 ext. 0

  • Modify your loan payments – we are offering a no fee, SKIP A PAYMENT, with term options available
    • If you would like to request this temporary option, a verbal or email request is all that we need. Please call 563-388-8328, support@familycu.com, or request it at our drive ups
  • Transfer balances from other credit cards to a TFCU Mastercard at a rate of 1.99% APR for 12-months. After the 12 months, the corresponding balance APR returns to normal

In addition to our online services, our voice response system is available for you to use (800-234-5354) , as well as our night drops.

  • Be on the lookout for phishing emails and never click unknown attachments or links
  • Be cautious of emails and phone calls offering unexpected information especially if they ask for any personal information
